About this project
Ammcass Group were commissioned to undertake the refurbishment and extension of the Beckenham Methodist Church building to provide a flexible space for appropriate community use. This had to be achieved within an eco-friendly building including an atrium, new efficient heating system, redecoration, new lighting and audio / visual facilities, new lift and staircase, and improved toilet facilities.
The church was Grade II* listed and located in the centre of Beckenham alongside a busy main road.
