“Following a challenging 2022 on the back of Brexit and Covid, Ammcass CE Group are proud to have delivered several successful projects within the commercial, educational, private investment and healthcare sectors. We have been able to form excellent working relationships with government organisations and NGO’s such as Edge Funds and Private Companies, making 2022 our most successful growth year/revenue to date.

In response to our rapid growth, we have added more services to our core business to strategically meet client expectations. The Ammcass CE Group is a Construction and Engineering company focused on delivering holistic solutions for our clients. We uphold our own advantages, by being competitive through continuous innovation and best practices.

Our capabilities and experience extend beyond the basic requirements of a Principal Contractor, we now offer services covering all aspects of construction and engineering, from design through to the transformation of build completion. We believe in the importance of comprehensive design and the role it plays when it comes to solution confirmation.

“My mission is to take the Challenge out of Construction.

The rebranding of Ammcass CE Group reflects a new distinct identity. As a business we will continue delivering building, infrastructure, and fit-out projects, with the addition of engineering, quantitative surveying, and contract management.

We are members of an exciting, yet critical industry, and we encourage the use of technology to assist us with delivery. I am an advocate for Building Information Modelling (BIM) which I believe is the future of digital transformation in architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. This ensures we work towards successful contributions to projects both large and small by guiding the client through the full implementation methodology, visually with a simplistic approach.

As CEO, I oversee operations, responsible for managing financial planning and ensuring our business processes, systems, and controls are operating effectively. I am passionate about motivating and leading a team, developing our employees’ skillsets to ensure Ammcass CE Group continues experiencing year-on-year growth.

My mission is to deliver 1000 homes and make a social impact that will provide community hubs for over 1000 people over the next 3 years by partnering with government organisations and private investment to develop homes and community hubs.

Valentina Prodger

Director of Design & Build

“As an experienced Project Manager, I am skilled in motivating teams to exceed expectations. With nine years industry experience in team leadership, task delegation and collaborative working, I drive timely project completion; promoting client satisfaction.

I develop strategic programmes, implement management strategies, and objectively monitor progress. Where necessary I seek to develop alternative construction methods to overcome potential programming problems. By coordinating projects from mobilisation to completion, I take pride in ensuring projects are tailored to clients’ requirements for both domestic and commercial projects from concept design to handover. My responsibilities include managing subcontractor operations and applying effective time, resources, and money management strategies to deliver successful project completion.

I am passionate about promoting women in the construction industry to create a gender-equal workforce. As a Director of Ammcass CE Group, it is my aim to share my knowledge and expertise to subsequently inspire the next generation of women in construction.

He manages IT systems, compliance, and regulatory submissions while enhancing business processes to optimise performance and growth. Clara is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end bid process, ensuring the submission of a compelling and compliant company proposal to secure contracts. Clara also coordinates cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and develops strategies tailored to client needs. With a combination of project management, strategic thinking, and strong communication to deliver winning bids.

Senior Account Manager

Melissa’s role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing key contracts, and overseeing account activities. She ensures customer satisfaction, identifies new business opportunities, and collaborates with internal teams to optimise solutions. Additionally, she maintains strong industry connections to support company growth and long-term success.
